Who We Are

Paul has nearly two decades of experience working within the transport and logistics industry and has experienced the industry from many different angles.

Over the years, he’s driven buses, operated a variety of HGVs, worked on car transporters, carried out shunting duties, managed busy yards and worked within transport offices. This varied background has given him a unique understanding of the challenges that professional drivers face every day, from tight schedules and compliance requirements to the pressures and realities of life on the road.

Because he’s walked in drivers’ shoes, Paul understands the mindset of professional drivers and the importance of delivering training that is both relevant and relatable. His courses are built around real-world experience, practical examples and open discussion rather than simply reading from presentation slides.

Paul’s passion is helping drivers stay compliant, protect their licences and develop their knowledge in a way that feels enjoyable and more like a conversation than a classroom. His relaxed, friendly approach creates an atmosphere where drivers feel comfortable joining in, sharing experiences and asking questions.

While Paul is often the face of the training room, Kamila is the person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Coming from a background in the financial sector, Kamila spent many years supporting businesses with their financial goals, growth plans and day-to-day operational needs. Those skills have played a huge part in building Prime Compliance Training from the ground up.

Today, Kamila oversees much of what happens behind the scenes, from developing course content and marketing strategies to managing customer communications, administration and the overall business operation. She is passionate about creating a training experience that is professional, straightforward and valuable for every driver who joins us.

In her own words, she looks after “all the boring admin bits” so that Paul can focus on what he does best, delivering engaging and informative training. But the reality is that her work is at the heart of everything we do, helping ensure that every course, booking and customer interaction runs as smoothly as possible.
